Vehicle Safeguard - Hi-Res (640 X 480) @ 30fps Dash Board Camera/DVR

Quickly and easily record driving conditions and traffic in real time! Simply mount the totally self contained "vehicle safeguard" on your dashboard and press the "record" button.

Great for capturing video to use for legal and insurance purposes. Videos are recorded on an SD card in AVI file format, for later playback on your PC or TV using the AV cable.

Powered for 8 hours using "AAA" batteries or continuous via included cigarette lighter adaptor. Attaches to almost any vehicle using the supplied double sided tape strip and dash mount. Supports up to 8Gb SD card.

Recording Capacity and Operation: Recording storage capacity is 42 minutes per 1Gb. When using the maximum 8Gb SDHC card, the last 336 minutes (5.6 hours) of recording will be stored on SD card. Recordings are automatically loaded to SD card in 6 minute segments.

When card capacity is reached, unit will delete the oldest 6 minute segment and store the newest segment. Therefore, SD memory is being updated with new video every 6 minutes, until unit is switched off.
