ESLI Surveillance (EyeSpyL.I.) is a designer, producer as well as an independent certified dealer/distributor for several overseas manufactures. Our mission is to supply CCTV Equipment, Internet surveillance equipment, access control units and covert systems.  This privacy statement covers the site www.eyespyli.com. Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to our users’ privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance.

Information Collection

ESLI is the sole owner of the information collected on www.eyespyli.com. ESLI collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

 

Registration

In some cases, in order to use this Web site, a user must first complete the registration form.  During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which he has expressed interest.  It is optional for the user to provide demographic information (such as income level and gender), and unique identifiers (such as, username and password), but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

 

 

30 Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your equipment within 30 days of purchase and we will refund 100% of your purchase price less shipping, handling and restocking charge.

 

ESLI will not accept returns without a return authorization number issued from ESLI or its affiliates. Contact shipping@eyespyli.com  to obtain your authorization number. Please include your name, address, product ID, amount paid, and electronic or paper copy of your receipt.

 

All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork and manuals, and in new condition and is subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the original purchase price plus the original shipping charge. Any and all returns will be subject to this restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Absolutely no returns, exchanges or refunds can or will be given after 30 days calendar days. Any and all shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Any returns shipped to ESLI without a return authorization number CLEARLY marked on the outside the shipping box, will be refused.

 

The following items cannot be returned: special orders, custom built units, modified equipment, damaged equipment due to installation or abuse, digital video recorders (DVR) and VCR's.

 

NO returns can be accepted on custom designed, close-out or special order items. If a return is accepted by ESLI from the shipper, and after inspecting and opening the packaging we realize that some items are damaged, modified or missing, ESLI will return the package to the sender. Please return products via UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS or US Mail, prepaid, insured, and obtain a tracking number for your protection. ESLI does NOT pay for or refund shipping and handling charges.

No returns will be accepted if....

         ...Not pack in original packing

         ...If manuals, installation guides and/or hardware is missing or damaged

         ...The equipment has been modified in any way

         ...Damaged due to installation

         ...Electrical surge, brown-outs or other related forces

 

No refunds on opened software. Exchanges only if software is defective from factory.

 

A 5% cancellation fee will be applied on all "prior to shipping" canceled orders .

 

Refunds do not apply to shipping & handling.  

 

We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Insurance is recommended.

 

A 15% restocking charge will be applied on all returned equipment.

One-Year Limited Warranty
ESLI Surveillance extends a limited one year warranty to the original purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for one year from the date of purchase.

ESLI Surveillance’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at ESLI Surveillance’s option, products or parts determined by ESLI Surveillance to be defective either in materials, or workmanship. To attain warranty service, the customer must obtain a "return authorization number" prior to sending any equipment back. Items without a "RAN" will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense.

 

To obtain an "RAN" please contact ESLI customer care department at 866-768-9646.

All shipping expenses are the customers responsibility. If the product has been updated or superseded, a replacement will be made with a current model of the same quality and function. Warranty of the replacement parts is limited to 90 days or the unexpired portion of the warranty period of the product on which the parts are being used, or whichever is longer.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: (1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than ESLI Surveillance; (2) physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; (3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or (4) The Product has been damaged from external causes such as collision with an object, or from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake or damage from exposure to weather conditions, an Act of God, or battery leakage, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source, damage caused by computer or internet viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan Horses or damage caused by the connection to other products not recommended for interconnection by ESLI. This warranty does not cover labor costs.

 

The Consumer shall include a return address, daytime phone number and/ or fax number, complete description of the problem, proof of purchase and service agreement (if applicable). Expenses related to removing the Product from an installation are not covered under this limited warranty.

The Consumer will be billed for any parts or labor charges not covered by this limited warranty. The Consumer will be responsible for any expenses related to reinstallation of the Product.


ESLI will repair the Product under the limited warranty within one-year after receipt of the Product. If ESLI cannot perform repairs covered under this limited warranty within 30 days, or after a reasonable number of attempts to repair the same defect, ESLI at its option, will provide a replacement product or refund the purchase price of the product less a reasonable amount for usage. In some states the Consumer may have the right to a loaner if the repair of the product takes more than ten (10) days. Please contact the ESLI Care Contact Center at the telephone number listed at the end of this warranty if you need a loaner and the repair of the Product has taken or is estimated to take more than ten (10) days.


If the Product is returned during the limited warranty period, but the problem with the Product is not covered under the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, the Consumer will be notified and given an estimate of the charges the Consumer must pay to have the Product repaired, with all shipping charges billed to the Consumer. If the estimate is refused, the Product will be returned freight collect. If the Product is returned after the expiration of the limited warranty period, ESLI's normal service policies shall apply and the Consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

ESLI Surveillance is not liable for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost of profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements and/or any other additional expenses, even if ESLI Surveillance has been informed of the prospect of such damages. Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which other than the warranty contained herein might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.

Orders (Payment & Orders Detail section)

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. No personal identifiable information which we collect online will ever be used, given or shared with any outside party, with the only exception of those necessary to process your order.

 

At times, you may experience a delay in receiving your order due to high volume, holidays or shipping related issues'.

 

Shipping charges include: Shipping cost, Insurance (most items), Processing Fee, Packaging, and Handling Charges.

 

All checks must clear Bank before item (s) are shipped. Orders are shipped immediately upon notice from our bank that payment has cleared.

 

We will only ship to the confirmed address. No exceptions.

 

Sometimes, due to extreme circumstances, ESLI  may make an item unavailable. ESLI reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. We do our best to keep plenty of inventory and 99% of the time the products we offer are in stock and ready to ship. Should this happen, consumer will have several options; 

  1. Refund of the full amount of purchase

  2. Substitute for something of equal value

  3. Remain on our backordered list until the product is in stock

International buyers must request a shipping quote and in some circumstances must pay by Postal Money Order. Money Orders must clear before item will ship. All shipping, and international fees must be included.

 

New York residents must pay tax on all orders. Tax rate is 8.75%

 

All funds are in U.S. currency.  

 

 

Not responsible for typographical errors

Sometimes prices that are listed on the webpage or shopping cart can show an incorrect price (either higher or lower) due to typographical errors. In this event we have the right to decline the order. Most of the time ESLI will agree to the webpage published price. This is beyond our control and ESLI cannot be held liable for any problems this may cause our Consumers due to shipping, lost, or out-of-stock inventory.

 

Discontinued" or "closeout" equipment

No refunds will be giving on "discontinued" or "closeout" equipment. You will be giving the opportunity to exchange equipment for something with similar specifications as long as the equipment you received is in its original box and is not damaged, modified or changed in any way form its original condition. You will have this ability for 30 days after you receive your purchase. On other exceptions will be made. All shipping to and from is the consumers responsibility.

 

Profile

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifts, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users.  A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences.  Consequently, collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user’s visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them.  We do not share your profile with other third parties.

Free ground shipping on all orders over $150.00 USD and located within the continental U.S. only. Not valid on previously discounted items, special buys. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main warehouse located in Long Island New York, or from any one of our distribution warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) in your order is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

 

Free UPS Ground Shipping to the continental 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii extra). Orders exceeding a total weight of 60 lbs, oversized, and overweight items are not eligible for Free Shipping.  Expect free shipping time to be 5 to 10 days. We ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). There may be 1-2 business day delay in shipping by USPS. All USPS packages are shipped with return signature required to confirm the delivery. Please use AE or AP as the state for APO and FPO addresses.

Total time is based on the amount of time required to get payment authorization, order processing, and shipping time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

 

ESLI assumes no liability for packages left at the door, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. It is highly recommended that the shipping address provided have an adult to sign for the package.

In most cases, delivery of merchandise by UPS, FedEx, USPS & DHL will take approximately 7-10 business days shipping date (weekends not included) Shipments designated Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day will have priority and will arrive consecutively starting the day after date of shipment.

 

Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files.  This includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Security This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.  When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
